In 2003 John Batchelder negotiated a new long term lease with Ketmoree Yungvanitsait, the owner of 2K Thai Food Restaurant, on behalf of Mark Schwenne, the owner of the building at 221/223/225 G Street, Davis, CA.  While John was negotiating a new long term lease with Ketmoree Yungvanitsait, he also managed the interior and exterior renovation of the building.  The renovation scope of work included: a new sewer main for the entire 11,000 sq ft building, removal of a 2,000 gallon septic system under the rear parking lot, repaving of the rear parking lot, seal coating of the parking lot, exterior masonry repair, new exterior painting, new plumbing for the restaurant kitchen, structural repairs under the kitchen and dining area floor, upgraded electrical facilities for the kitchen, new flooring, new lighting and renovation of the restroom in the Ground Zero suite.
