The Adobe Apartments project consisted of 40 four bedroom units, 40 three bedroom units and 40 two bedroom units.   The target market for the project was U C Davis students, so each bedroom was also an independent suite.   All the bedrooms had their own full bathroom and their own pantry with refrigerator and microwave. The exterior finish on the buildings is three coat stucco and the roof is Spanish full “S” style concrete tile roofing.  Accessory buildings include a central office, resident lounge and two laundry buildings.
