Arrowhead Homes is a Planned Unit Development built in three phases over a nine year period, from 1980 to 1989.  John Batchelder managed the construction of Phase 3 in 1988-1989.  The living units have one common wall with an adjacent unit and all living units have a garage included in their property description and property title.
