The Cooper House is a Georgian Colonial residence converted into offices for psychotherapists in the early 1980’s.  The original construction dates to 1928.  In 2003 John Batchelder managed the structural repair of the basement walls and also managed the renovation of the finished spaces on the first and second floors of the building.
