John assisted Richard Kann and Sandi Wassermen in the purchase negotiations for Vizcaya (formerly Driver Mansion Inn) in 1982-84. After Richard and Sandi purchased the Driver Mansion, John managed the renovation of the 5,000 sq ft mansion and the conversion of the mansion into Vizcaya Hotel and Reception Center. |
